Get your daily "FIX" here on Instagram (like the turbo kit I am about to post): https://www.instagram.com/ChrisFixit/

Also, I got another discount code for 25% off your entire order from Advance Auto... Use code "RADIATOR" for 25% off anything (not just radiators). I got that code for you guys and for myself lol... I dont make any money off of it and the idea is to try to make fixing your car even more affordable, so put it to good use!!!

Hey ChrisFix. Have you worked on a car that has an odd cooling system design, such as a 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue that has no radiator cap, with the exception of the air bleed screw above the lower radiator hose? My car has air in the system and I cannot find a way to purge out the air and I'm going to change the t-stat assembly (housing, t-stat, and gasket for the housing) and possibly replace the water pump, however, I'm afraid I might break the bolt heads off since they were touched once when the engine was assembled.

Since I only just started working on vehicles it was a learning experience. It took me a few hours so not to bad, but when I removed a line I had no idea why black oil was pouring out. It was the transmission fluid going to the radiator to be cooled which I had no idea about. Good thing I did that because the fluid was very burnt lol. I learned so much on that car. My brothers 2001 Neon needed a radiator in 2015 or 2016. Did that far faster than mine lol.
