    Level 2 chef is the best one no contest. Level 3 tried too hard to take away the point of fries. Its not supposed to be healthy 😂

                          as a lifelong cook, and former professional cook, every single one of those ladies WAY over did fries.
                          I like steak fries (THICC BOIS) but you can shoelace if you like.
                          Wash the fries, Blanch for 40 seconds to a minute starting when the oil reaches 350 degrees F.
                          Cool Completely (you can freeze if you want to save them for later.
                          fry at 350-400 depending on preference, just pay attention to your oil, 400 is very close to auto-ignition temperature (420-450 depending on the oil)
                          Drain the oil off the fries, salt/season as desired.

                          the only "sauce" I use is Fry Sauce, 50/50 mix of mustard and catsup with maybe a pinch of lowery's seasoned salt and powdered garlic.
                          That's It. Fries Be Simple. don't over do it.

                                                                      Level 2 chef: I cook them and 275 degrees
                                                                      Level 3 chef: I grow the potatoes myself in my dead grandma's backyard that was used by a queen 500 years ago then I drill the oil myself in Saudi Arabia when I cook them I put it on low medium high heat from 2 pm to 1 pm you will need a time travel machine to get applesauce from our ancesters then i put them on a ceramic plate which made in my pottery class in 3rd grade.
